​The Way We Estimate Your Price
Several factors can influence the quote you receive, including:

 

How big is your group?
With a capacity of up to 55 passengers, full-sized charter buses provide an efficient way to transport large groups. To minimize expenses, consider opting for a sprinter or minibus that best meets your requirements, even though prices for sprinters, sprinter limousines, mini buses, and charter buses may be comparable.

Please note that we cannot provide quotes based on passenger count or per-person pricing. Vehicle quotes are based on the vehicle size believed to accommodate the specified number of passengers, either over the phone or through our online price quote widget.

The Duration Of Your Trip:
The distance of your travel determines the cost of your bus charter. For instance, long-distance trips are often priced per day or per mile, whereas local trips are typically priced per hour and have a minimum of 4 or 5 hours, depending on the vehicle option. Your quote may increase with the length of your trip.

Additional Charter Expenses:
Your quote may or may not cover all the additional costs you must consider. For instance, are there any tolls on your route, or will you have to pay for a parking permit? If your trip lasts longer than a night, you must also arrange lodging for your driver. For your driver's comfort, we suggest booking a room at a hotel with a minimum 3-star rating. We also recommend booking a room at the same hotel where the group is staying to ensure on-time arrival and accommodate on-site driver transportation requests as they arise.
