Our company, Hop In Bus Service LLC, is a charter bus company. We are a licensed and insured Motor carrier who operates our vehicles under our own authority.

Do vehicles come with a driver or can we rent them and drive them ourselves?


All our vehicles come with trained professional licensed CDL drivers who have been cleared through multiple vetting processes such as background checks, substance abuse (drugs and alcohol), and operating commercial vehicles. 


We do not rent our vehicles. We charter our vehicles to customers who are in need of transportation services. 


What does “Charter” Means? 


A “Charter” is the reservation of a bus or any other vehicle type we promote in our fleet for private use. 


Does Hop In Bus Service LLC sell bus tickets or seats per individual for travel needs?


Unfortunately, Hop In Bus Service LLC is a charter bus company. We do not sell individual bus tickets for per-person transportation needs. 

How much of a deposit is needed to reserve a trip or charter?

To secure a vehicle(s) for the desired date(s) of service, a 20% deposit is required to confirm the quoted date(s) of service or vehicle(s). Full payment is required to confirm any quoted date(s) of service or trip if the departure day is less than 14 days away. 


All deposits will be refunded up to 14 days prior (14 days before the departure date) to the trip date. All deposits are NON-refundable if the reservations are canceled within 14 days (14 days before the departure date) before the trip date. If the trip is canceled on the day of the trip, there is no refund available. 


Reservations are to be paid in full 14 days before the service date. No refund for payments made on these vehicles if the trip is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled reservation. 

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards payments (incurs a 4% processing fee)

ACH transfer payments (incurs a 1% processing fee)

Wire Transfers payments (incurs a $15 processing fee)

Cash App payments (incurs no processing fees)

Zelle payments (incurs no processing fees)

Does this company provide a contract when booking?

Absolutely! Any service we provide will include a contract with a complete itinerary and legal terms. Our contracts consist of first receiving a price quote. Once payment is made towards that price quote, that is the customer agreement renders all legal terms associated with the price quote and payment due dates following the company's policies. Once payment is made, the price quote previously sent will turn into a reservation.

All quotes are subject to change without notice or reasoning due to volatile market conditions.
