Do buses come with a driver, or can we rent and drive a bus ourselves?

 

Our employees, CDL class B or A drivers, are professionally trained and licensed to operate commercial 55 passenger motor coach charter buses following Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations. What does "Charter" mean? 

 

A "charter" is a person who reserves a 55 passenger motor coach charter bus or buses for a medium-sized to large group of people under the supervision of a CDL class B or a licensed and insured driver.​

How much of a deposit is required to secure a charter reservation?

​

For charters booked seven days or more before the departure date, we require a 10% non-refundable deposit to hold the reservation. Full payment must be received no later than seven days before departure to guarantee a reservation.

Does the company send quotes, contracts, and invoices?

​

Quotes, contracts, and invoices are generated by our charter bus and motorcoach software, Busify, and sent via email. Additionally, the software enables easy and safe online payment processing for credit card, debit card, and ACH (eCheck) transactions. To avoid any surprises later on, customers can sign our company's terms and conditions online and enjoy complete transparency before scheduling a charter with us.

Is this company a legitimate organization that is licensed to transport passengers?
