We have vehicles and provide charter transportation services for medium to large group events to the entire New York City and surrounding Tri-State areas, including and not limited to certain areas in New Jersey and Connecticut. 

We do not individually sell bus tickets. 

 

We do not do local transit commuter routes.

Do vehicles come with a driver or can we rent them and drive them ourselves?

 

All our vehicles come with trained professionally licensed CDL class B and A drivers who have been cleared through multiple vetting processes such as background checks, substance abuse (drugs and alcohol), and operating commercial vehicles. 

 

We do not rent our vehicles. We charter our vehicles to customers with medium to large groups who are in need of transportation services. 

 

What does “Charter” Means? 

 

A “Charter” is the reservation of a bus or any other vehicle type we promote in our fleet for private use. 

 

Does Hop In Bus Service LLC sell bus tickets or seats per individual for travel needs?

 

Unfortunately, Hop In Bus Service LLC is a charter bus company. We do not sell individual bus tickets for per-person transportation needs, or conduct any "Line Runs" or "Line Haul Runs", commuter routes, or local transit bus routes at this time.

How much of a deposit is needed to reserve a trip or charter?

Deposit Policy:

  • To secure a vehicle(s) for the desired date(s) of service, a 10% deposit is required to confirm the quoted date(s) of service or vehicle(s). Full payment is required to confirm any quoted date(s) of service or trip if the departure day is less than 10 days away. 

  • All deposits will be refunded up to 10 days prior to the trip date. All deposits are NON-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 10 days before the trip date. If the trip is canceled on the day of the trip, there is no refund. 

  • Reservations are to be paid in full 10 days before the service date. No refund for payments made on these vehicles if the trip is canceled within 10 days of the scheduled reservation.

  • If the remaining balance is not paid in full 10 days before the service date, all deposits are NON-refundable and reservations may be canceled at the company’s discretion due to failure to pay the remaining balance.

  • Upon payment, the customer and chartering group acknowledges that all legal terms will be followed, whether payment has been made online, over the phone, or in person. 

What payment methods do we accept?

Payment Methods and Processing Fees Policy:

  • Credit and Debit Cards - 4% processing fee.

  • ACH Collections (Provide us with the Account Holder’s Name, Bank Account Type (Checking or Savings), Account Number, and Routing Number) - no processing fees.

  • Check (Make payable to Hop In Bus Service LLC. Mail all check payments Priority Mail or Certified Mail with USPS and provide us the tracking number) - no Processing fees

  • Wire Transfer - additional $15 fee per wire transfer.

  • Zelle - no processing fees.

 

Does this company provide a contract when booking?

Absolutely! Our service will include a contract with a complete itinerary and legal terms. Our contracts consist of first receiving a price quote. Once payment is made towards that price quote, the customer agreement renders all legal terms associated with the price quote and payment due dates following the company's policies. Once payment is made, the price quote previously sent will turn into a reservation.

All quotes are subject to change without notice or reasoning due to volatile market conditions.
