Contracts, Price Quotes, and Reservations Policy:
Once price quotes has been accepted, that is the electronic agreement to our legal terms and policies.
A reservation are sent after an estimate has been accepted.
Price quotes and reservations can be paid online and over the phone with a credit card or debit card.
If an reservation is sent without a price quote due to verbal agreement by phone call, email, in-person conversation, or via our social media platforms of a quoted price, once payment has been made by the customer via payment online payment, cash, or authorization by the customer via phone call; the customer has agreed to service rendered and all legal terms.
Contracts are sent for certain charter requests due to the company’s discretion. All contracts must be signed electronically or in person before the service date.
Credit Card Authorization Form Policy:
A credit card may be required for certain charter requests at the company’s discretion. All credit card authorization forms must be signed electronically or in person before the service date.
Processing Fees Policy:
An additional 4% processing fee for credit cards and debit cards payments.
Charge-Backs or Unauthorized Purchases/Transactions policy:
Upon payment, the customer acknowledges that Charge-Backs or Unauthorized Purchases/Transactions initiated via their bank and/or creditor should be recognized as an attempt to fraudulently keep the above amount paid to the company while receiving reimbursement of service provided.
Any unauthorized chargebacks are fraudulent and will be resolved through the company payment processing firm dispute center in fairness to both Hop In Bus Service LLC, and the customer.
In order to secure a date or trip, a 20% deposit is required to confirm the quoted date(s) of service or trip.
Your quoted date(s) of service or trip is confirmed once the 20% deposit payment is received and cleared through processing. A receipt will be sent from Hop In Bus Service LLC to your email address.
A late 20% deposit per vehicle payment once the company, Hop In Bus Service LLC, has no more availability for the quoted trip date, will be refunded due to failure to provide the required 20% deposit payment amount in a timely fashion.
Deposits will be forfeited for trips canceled less than 14 days before the departure date.
Gratuity is not included in base fare. We recommend gratuity be paid to the driver(s) at the start of the trip if the gratuity isn't billed in and illustrated on the price quote. It is customary to tip the driver(s) 20% of the total cost of the charter.
Additional Surcharge Policy:
If necessary, after your trip, if there are any changes in price because of tolls, parking, damages, or time and mileage overages (yawn, traffic, and flight delays), we may notify you and offer payment options or we’ll charge your previously authorized card again for those costs.
Any added stops, destinations, or transfers requests are subject to additional fees starting at $50.
Alcohol, Smoking, Drug Use, and Illegal Activity Policy:
Drug use is prohibited by law in all vehicles.
Smoking is not permitted in all vehicles.
Alcohol use is not allowed on any coach bus vehicles unless authorized by the company. Fines start at $100 if alcohol is used and found on the vehicle and are subject to grounds for termination of the trip. Alcohol must be stored in the luggage compartment in either coach bus vehicle.
The use of alcohol is illegal if there are members under the age of 21 years of age. In this event, fines start at $100 if alcohol is used and found on the vehicle and is subject to grounds for termination of the trip as well as the local authority being called.
Any illegal activity performed on the vehicle(s) will automatically terminate the agreed contract. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF PAYMENT in this case and the local authority will be called at the time of the incident.
Reservations are to be paid in full 14 days before the service date. No refund for payments made on these vehicles if the trip is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled reservation.
The cancellation penalty starts at $300.00 per vehicle.
Hourly Overtime Policy:
Overtime will be charged after the 15 minute grace period. The customer will be charged the company-established hourly rate plus applicable charges.
Weather Warnings and Advisories Policy:
Hop In Bus Service LLC at its discretion reserves the right to charge the established hourly rate plus gratuity and fees if the local weather service declares either a weather warning or advisory. The charges will commence once the vehicle leaves the garage until it returns.
Hop In Bus Service LLC shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions, and breakdowns.
Personal Belonging Policy:
The driver(s) will not be required to handle any luggage or items being stored in the luggage department of the vehicle. The customers are responsible for handling their luggage or items in and out of the luggage departure due to driver(s) safety from unforeseen injuries and for insurance purposes for the company.
No coolers are allowed on vehicles. All coolers must be stored underneath the bus in the luggage department due to our vehicle’s interior design and seat material.
Hop In Bus Service LLC assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
Cleanup and Damage Policy:
The customer is responsible for cleaning and any equipment damage caused by the transported group.
The customer, or any members of their party, assume full financial liability for any damage caused to the vehicle(s) during the duration of the rental period.
The cleanup fee starts at $250. The damage fee will be determined and the customer will then be billed the quoted price in full.
Driver and Vehicle Lodging Policy:
Parking fees are to be paid by the customer.
Driver(s) lodging (Hotel rooms) are to be paid by the customer.
Driver(s) are not required to leave the vehicle at an amusement park or property after the passengers have exited the vehicle at their charter destination unless otherwise specified. It is the driver(s) choice where the vehicle is stored during Off-Duty status.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any permits required to enter parks or municipalities.
Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
Pets or animals are not allowed on any vehicle.
The driver has the right to terminate service without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
The Company shall not be liable for delayed non-performance resulting from road or weather conditions, labor difficulties, mechanical failure, or any other causes beyond their control.
Our company, Hop In Bus Service LLC, acts as a Broker as well as an independent operator. Our vehicles come standard with all the amenities we promote. Please note that those features are not guaranteed or commonly available with our licensed and insured partners in our network.
Hop In Bus Service LLC Reserves the right to Lease or charter vehicles from other companies in order to fulfill
Social Distancing Policy:
Due to COVID-19, ALL vehicles will follow Social Distancing Seating to protect the vehicle operator. The first forward seating row (the first four forward seating seats) is not allowed to be used for passenger seating and luggage storage unless otherwise specified.

57 passenger vehicles: 53 seats available for passenger seating
56 passenger vehicles: 52 seats available for passenger seating
55 passenger vehicles: 51 seats available for passenger seating
54 passenger vehicles: 50 seats available for passenger seating
ALL passengers must wear a face-covering (mask) on any vehicle rental at ALL times.
